Terms & Conditions of Hire:

Hire Times: The hire period begins at 2.00pm until 9.00am for 9:30am vacation on the last day of hire. Please note that tuition or off-site parking cannot be offered on any booking after 4.00pm on your start day.
A minimum crew of 3 persons is required to hire this boat.
To confirm, the booking deposit is £150, with the balance of hire due for payment 8 weeks before your arrival date. If booking within 8 weeks of the holiday date, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Please note: Stag, Hen or large celebratory single sex groups are not permitted on-board.
Large all-male or all-female non family groups must pay the refundable Security Deposit of £500 plus an extra deposit of £25 in CASH per person on arrival. Lead name hirer must be 25 years or over.

Boat Description:

Highlights: 66ft cruiser stern narrowboat suitable for couples or family groups. Please note: A minimum crew of 3 persons is required to hire this boat.
Quiet water-cooled diesel engine with simple controls. Full radiator central heating. Hot and cold running water supplied from a 150 gallon water tank. Double filtered drinking water system. 240 volt electricity (please note that if you decide to use any of your own appliances you do so at your own risk). On-board there is a hairdryer and 12v mobile phone charging point (bring your own car charging lead).

Saloon: Spacious rear saloon with 'L' shaped sofa and removable table. The seating can be converted into a double bed in the evening, if required. There is also a radio/CD player, television and a DVD player in the saloon area.

Galley: Well-equipped galley with 4 burner gas cooker complete with grill and oven, refrigerator, sink and drainer, work surfaces and storage space. There is a toaster and microwave in the galley. Sufficient saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery etc. for the number of berths.

Cabins: Two cabins, both can either be configured as one double bed or two singles with sprung mattresses. There is a small wardrobe for storing clothes.

Bathroom: Two bathrooms both with wash basin, flush toilet, and shower. There is also a 240v shaver socket.

Additional Costs:

Fuel deposit: £100 per week or £70 per short break, payable on arrival by card swipe. The boat is handed over ready fuelled, on return it's refuelled and the difference to the deposit will either be refunded or charged.
