General Facilities: A lovely cruiser stern narrowboat, situated on the Thames. Double and single beds have interior sprung mattresses (except for dinette double in saloon when in use). All beds measure 6' 3" in length. Full diesel fired central heating with radiators & airing cupboard. There is also a solid fuel stove which is pre-lit so the boat is warm for your arrival in the cooler months (a fuel burner pack with fire lighters, kindling, coal and logs is available for £20 - please let us know if this is required, in advance). WiFi available via a 2GB SIM card.

Flat screen TV/DVD player with Freeview, radio, Ipod dock / phone charger. Full size shower. 140 gallon stainless steel water tank. 4 ring cooker, oven & grill. Electric fridge with freezer compartment. 240V Electrics. All electric sockets are standard UK 240volt and so normal phone chargers can be used (a hairdryer is provided). Macerator toilets to discrete tanks.
Carpeted throughout (except kitchen & bathroom areas).

Gina is the perfect boat for anyone who wants to enjoy boating on the River Thames with all the comforts of home. There is nothing quite like the sense of freedom of cruising at your own pace and mooring up when you feel like it, exploring some of England's most picturesque countryside. This is an ideal holiday for smaller groups, couples and families.

rice Includes: VAT, full boat inventory, tuition on arrival, self inflating life jackets (adults & children's sizes available), parking nearby, gas, bed linen, towels, t-towels, washing-up liquid, soap, toilet rolls. A fuel burner pack is available at £20 which comprises a bag of coal, kindling and firelighters.

Start & Finish Times: Your boat hire will begin at 12.00pm*. Please return the boat to the marina by 9.00am on the last day of hire, where your fuel usage will be ascertained and paid for. *1 to 2 hour's tuition will be given depending on experience, including going through a lock, and then you will begin your holiday.

Routes and timings are provided for you so that you are aware of journey times and mooring places. You will be asked to supply your route plans in case you require assistance to make it easier for the boat company to find you.

Damage Waiver: An insurance waiver fee of £60 is due for each booking, regardless of booking length. This is a one off fee and is non refundable.

Diesel: A non refundable fuel supplement of £50 per weekend, £60 per mid-week break, or £90 per week is payable with the balance of hire. You will not be liable for additional fuel charges.


Celebratory Parties: Sorry, we do not accept bookings for Stag or Hen parties on this boat.

Pets: Pets are welcome without charge (maximum of two).

To book: A non-refundable deposit payment of £300 is required to secure a booking. This is due at time of booking and we will only reserve dates with a deposit payment. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Payment can be by cheque, bank transfer, credit card or debit card. For credit card payments, there is a 3% surcharge (no charge for debit card payments).

Cancellation Cover: We advise that you should arrange your own cancellation cover as this is not included in the holiday price.

Bicycles:
One or two bicycles are permitted but must be stored on the roof while cruising. Please bring some form of protection for the paintwork on the roof (e.g. rugs or blankets) and some means of securing the bicycles.
