General Description: Fully Inclusive Price. Elm is a well laid out 12 berth narrowboat ideal for a large group of friends or two families as she has two bathrooms and a very versatile bed layout. Equipped with a 3kw inverters which enables its user to use domestic equipment such as hairdryers, hair straighteners and games consoles etc. (low wattage only please). Fitted in the kitchen you will find a kettle, toaster and microwave as well as the usual cooker (with oven, hob and grill) and fridge (with small freezer compartment). Also equipped with an entertainment unit consisting of DVD player, TV, and CD/radio. The sleeping arrangements comprise of 2 doubles and up to 8 singles in 4 sleeping areas including the saloon. Large kitchen and saloon. Large front windows and front deck. 2 showers and 2 toilets with wash basin.

Price Includes: VAT, marine insurance, gas & diesel, full boat inventory, damage waiver, tuition on arrival, bed linen and buoyancy aids.

Pets: Up to three well behaved pets are welcome free of charge.

Cancellation Cover: There is also optional cancellation insurance at 5% of the hire charge with a minimum fee of £50.00.

Bicycle Hire: Adult and children's bikes are available - please book in advance. £50 for a week, £35 for a short break. Bicycles must be kept on top of the boat, wrapped in rugs or blankets to protect the paintwork and secured to the roof.

How to Book: When booking more than 10 weeks before the start date of your holiday, you can confirm by paying a booking deposit of 25% of the hire charge. The balance is payable no later than 10 weeks before the start date. When booking within 10 weeks of your holiday, full payment is required. There is a 2% surcharge when paying with a credit card, but no extra charge with a debit card payment.

Start Times: Between 2.30pm and 4.00pm (latest) on the first day of hire and returning by 9.00am and vacating by 9.30am on the last day of hire.

Please Note: For large groups such as hen or stag parties, or for young non-family groups, there will be a security deposit to pay on arrival of £500 (payable in cash or held on a card) which is refunded to you when the boat is returned on time, in a clean condition and without any serious damage or loss of equipment.
